The Phoenix area (Valley of the Sun) is a very special place to live. Specifically, the communities of the West and Upper West Valleys are some of the fastest growing areas in the Phoenix Metro Area. These are areas seeing an increase in commercial investment, along with quality housing in well-planned communities. You'll find great schools, diverse recreation opportunities, shopping amenities, and more.
According to WESTMARC (the Western Maricopa Coalition), over the next 25 years, 43% of the growth in Maricopa County will occur in the West Valley. For this reason, local businesses are encouraged to call the West Valley home.
Each year, the West/Upper West Valleys offer an abundance of lifestyle activities, community festivals, farmers markets, and diverse events for residents and visitors of all ages.
Living and working in this area, I'm a proud Ambassador for Upper West Side Phoenix, a hyperlocal economic development agency. UWSPHX is a grassroots community movement with the purpose of working closely with developers, business owners, and local government to encourage specialty shops and restaurants to open locations in the Upper West Side of the Phoenix Metro Area.
